Have you seen this video by Minnybuddie? It`s actually awsome!
Have you ever asked yourself how to do that?
HERE IS THE POSSIBLE ANSWER!
Well, 1st you need to record someone`s beak at a PSA Mission.
You make some drawing in Paint or other drawing program.
You insert the image in Sony Vegas 9.0
You do some bluescreen with the beak and the image.
And just put some audio or subtitles to make the penguin talk!
NOTE: This is only a theory, I guess this is the wau Minybuddie did. It may be not right, so no mean replies, thanks.
