At CP I was at the town and there was a white penguin and no name and was saying bad words. WHY was he not banned? Well maybe hes a hacker or something.

I tought he would get banned but then i waiting for him to get banned but then he moved and said FU** CLUBPENGUIN! I got a shock! Like he sould get banned! And i was sad that a guy said F*** clubpenguin and was danceing.
