Best Disclamier Notice

On some of my videos, I had to many copyright content which is mostly the Audio. I'm using the same disclamier Notice on every video I made...but then I changed it a bit. But tat didn't work also. So I need the BEST disclamier notice to put in my youtube videos so that I don't get ads. PLZ! I need you help! Post your BEST disclamier for all your videos that work the best and doesn't put on ads.

I did that with the sentence thing....but it doesn't fit. And should I copy your Copyright thingy?
