Rockhoppers new backround (you already have this item)

So a couple of days ago after hours and hours of searching for Rockhopper i finally found him in parka a fairly unpopulated server. I
already have his old background which i got about a year ago now. But i hadn't got his newer looking background yet so i was excited about
getting it. So i clicked on him and pressed to receive his free background but it only said you already have this item!! Is he giving
the old background out again? Or cant i receive it because i already
have the older background and whatever the signed background looks like
you can only ever have 1 version.

Hmm, if it doesn't has it's ship filled with plants, then hes giving out the first one.

he has the old one the new one was exclusive you cant get it anymore cause it was for the plants
