| Well, I would suggest this:
You take a picture without all the glows, and whatever GFX program you have, just add an outline, and save it, and repeat.
Use a .GIF uploader is what I suggest, but if you use Paint.NET and wish to do this, save ALL the pictures with outlines in .GIF form, and use unFreez and drag all the .GIF files into it to generate your own. | |

- Record your HyperCam clip (Keep the video under 10 seconds)
- Open up Photoshop
- Go to File >Import >Video Frames To Layers
- Your video frames will be layers
- go to File >Save As> GIF
Done! You've successfully created a GIF. |
