How to add a link to a Picture/Signature

When adding a link to a picture/signature you obviously have to have the link you need.
Step 1: Have a picture URL

Step 2: Have a website link or whatever you want the picture to link too.

Step 3: Paste the picture URL like this.

Code:

[img]URLLINK[/img]

Step 4: Now when you have that link follow closely!

Code:

[img]URLLINK[/img]

Now add this into the link ( I will use Penguin-Island for an example)

Code:

[url=http.//www.penguin-island.co.cc][img]URLLINK][/img][/url]

Step 5: You can always change the URL website link to maybe your website blog, or stuff like that.

Um I know that its just I dont know how to create a Penguin Island Picture to become an ad.

you need to get the picture of the Penguin-Island that you want and then upload it on Tinypic, Photobucket etc.
Have the picture and do step 4 and on.

So yes Paint would be one.

it doesnt work now im trying to advertise jesses site but it only shows the pic with the link code beside it and it doesnt lead anywhere when you click it this guide is untrue
