Fear of Death

I'm terrified of dying. Then there's the fact that death is inevitable. I don't
want to be scared of something that is always going to happen to
everybody, because it's seriously unhealthy. It's different than being scared
of, say, flying, because nobody forces you to fly, if you know what I mean.
Which is exactly why I don't want to be feared of it anymore

I only started to notice this since MJ death a week ago. Before that, it
never bothered me or I never thought about it.

I love living, and I know death is a certainty, but I just don't want to
because I fear of how it will end - I don't want to be in pain, and I don't
like thinking about it. Yet, whenever I'm alone, or somebody dies, I always
think about it and it really really hurts.

Does anyone else have experiences with this?

it not that I fear the dying part. Its the part where I no longer exist
on earth. Its like there's no point since you may never remember it.

I remember feeling like that when I was younger. Every time I heard the words "die," "death," "dead," or "dying," or anything related to those words, I'd flinch.

Now, I'm not afraid of dying at all. I could go on and on about this, but I don't want anyone thinking I'm suicidal. Besides, it's extremely difficult to explain.

I always experience this. I always worry that either, I or somebody that I truly care for will pass away. People think I'm crazy because of this, and I couldn't get over it. I hope this worrying ends soon because it's really destroying me.

Not happent to me.....Just don't think about it!!

And if someone passes away....Just think there will be a new life!

Ehhh kinda. I sometimes feel that I have paranoia, and usualy I think of lightning stomrs and earthquakes. And just to explain I'm on topic here, the storms and earthquakes are DEADLY.

Dont worry about death. Your still young, so you can do anything you want to live a good life.

& plus, life is scarier than death, because when you go to heaven, its full of light and brightness and happiness, its more peaceful than earth....

I agree with you when you said, "Life is scarier than death." I think everything is scarier than death. Death is like... nothingness, I guess.

Well im just scared of the world ending because on discovery they say the earth could go into a black whole anytime

Ummm, Private, that will probally happen in eight million years at the earliest. Second of all, death is just another part of life, for there could be no life without death, just look at the planet Neptune.

im always scared that when im home alone somone will break in so i hav 15 pocket knifes

Lucky, my parents sold my swords. I'm still mad about that. And once you except that you will die later in life, it isn't as scary. That's what I did about two months ago when death use to scare me.

what you said i am scared when i am home too soo i have 10 pocket knives one loaded rifle and one sword in my room. when your in my room you here dogs barking
and loud car noises and gun fires its scary in my room alone

WHO ELSE HAS A SWORD OF KNIFE!!!!!! Right now, I have a knife, but I still want my swords back. I'm also suppose to get one of those pump action rifles for my birthday, but I want an AK 47.

Im really scared of HOW i will die, its like would you feel pain? Or is it like black, of is a like a afterlife? Like Heaven or Hell? Im really scared of dying, its like pitch black forever, or will you just not fell it cause your' dead?

what my mom said since i love kittys so much she said that maybe i was reborn as a human after my kitty live ended but i dont think that thats what happened
